Technology and Equipment
BBCS
uses the most current and up to date equipment available to us. We
don’t just have the equipment, but the technology to back it up. We have
our own backup power supply in the event of a power outage. Our problem
with power should not be your employee’s problem in not receiving a
check on time. We have in-house IT Support to handle every day
occurrences, and a specialized IT Service to keep us current beyond
that.
Data Backups and Security
We
have multiple procedures in place to ensure that not only your data is
secure, but that in the event of a disaster, it can be restored. We have
firewalls in house to protect against any un-wanted intrusion to our
system. Multiple backups during the day, at night, and weekly offsite
backups of our entire system give you the assurance that your data will
not be compromised or lost.
Confidentiality
BBCS
takes your information and confidentiality seriously. We never give out
information over the phone, email, or fax without your prior consent
and authorization. We do not give any information to your employee’s,
only those you designate as an authorized contact person. With all of
our policies and practices in place, we have the confidence to ensure
you are getting the best possible service available.
